My website is focused on meal planning and preparation, so you can make any meal efficiently. Just imagine having less stress—and enjoying the moment.
Although I've been a project manager for 15 years, my background is in restaurant management. I've always enjoyed hosting get-togethers and holiday parties. While living in Austin Texas in 2016, I was able to work part time and attend the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts . During culinary school, I noticed that my project management skills helped me with preparation. How? I planned backwards!
I focused on what I needed to deliver the meal (such as plates, utensils, and table setting).
I cooked the meal, which quickly landed on the prepared table.
This plan helped me to stay calm and not stress about the process. I have many plans and recipes to share and look forward to posting them here.
When I'm not planning or cooking, I enjoy spending time with my husband Steve and our Miniature Schnauzer Axel, we also love hiking and recurve archery.
